You just log in to our return portal with your e-mail and order ID and register your return.
Please note that we offer extended returns service on all orders placed between 1st November and 24th December, which can be returned or exchanged up to and including 31st January 2025.

If you have ordered from following contries (Denmark, Sweden, Finland or The Netherlands) you will have received a prepaid return label in your package.
