Can I cancel my order?

How do I return or exchange my order?
You can return your item within 30 days by registering your return online in our return portal.

Prepaid return label
If you order from Denmark, the Netherlands, Sweden, Finland or Germany.
You can use the return label that came with the package.
Please note that it costs 50DKK or 10EURO to use our return label.
Rest of the world
You will need to buy your returnlabel yourself at your local post office.
How do I track my order?
