If, contrary to expectations, you have ordered an item that doesn't fit, we will gladly exchange it for another size, free of charge. All you need to do is log in to our return portal and create your exchange order, and we will take care of the rest

You just log in to our return portal with your e-mail and order ID and register your return.
Please note that we offer extended returns service on all orders placed between 1st November and 24th December, which can be returned or exchanged up to and including 31st January 2025.
Prepaid returnlabel
If you have ordered from following contries (Denmark, Sweden, Finland or The Netherlands) you will have received a prepaid return label in your package.
Please note that by using the enclosed return label, we will deduct a fee of either 50 DKK or 10 euros.
